AN ACT to change the purpose of certain

Permanent Reserves.

[Assented to 20th November, I 909.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parlia-

ment assembled. and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. Reserve numbered 10858, situated in the Municipal District of change of purpose

dedicate&to the purposes of the Perth Children's Hospital.

All that portion of permanent Reserve 3078, containing about 1 rood 3 perches, and bounded on the North-East by the South-Western boundary of Perth Suburban Lot 463 ; on the South-East by about 2 chains 35* links of the North-Western side of Thomas Street ; and on the West b y the East boundary of Perth Suburban Lot 466.

Second Schedule.

All that portion of permanent Reserve 3078, containing about 9* perches, bounded on the North by part of the Southern boundary of Perth Suburban Lot 185 ; on the South by about 15*, links of the Northern side of Hay Street ; on the East by the Western boundary of Perth Suburban Lot 466; and on the West by a line parallel to the Eastern boundary and 15?- 6. links therefrom.
