AN ACT to enable the purpose of portions of

Permanent Reserves No. 5691 A's	' and No.
5183 A!1' to be changed.

[Assented to, 20th December, 1902.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. THAT portion of the permanent reserve numbered 5691 AA, Change of purpose

known as Perth Suburban Lot 437, containing two roods thirty-six	of portion of
perches, and now dedicated to the purpose of a school site, is	reserve 5691 A/N.
excluded from the said reserve and included in the permanent reserve numbered 5694A, and dedicated to the purpose of public gardens.

Change of purpose 2. THAT portion of the permanent reserve numbered 5183 Ait,,

of portion of

known as Perth Suburban Lot 436, containing one acre, is excluded

reserve 5183 AA.

from the said reserve 5183 AA, and included in reserve 5691 AA,

and dedicated to the purpose of a school site.
