REVESTMENT.

No. 66 of 1985.

AN ACT to revest Reserve No. 36636 in Her Majesty

and for incidental and other purposes.

I Assented to 15 November 1985.1

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Reserve Short title.

Commence-

This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it is assented to by the Governor. ment.

Reserve

No. 36636 at	3. (1) Reserve No. 36636, classified as of Class C, comprising Hamersley Lot 1, described in Certificate of Title Volume 1578 Folio 585, containing 27.3847 hectares, set apart for "Public Education Endowment" and held in fee simple by the Trustees of the Public Education Endowment upon trust for the purpose of Public Education Endowment, is hereby cancelled.

(2) The land referred to in subsection (1) is hereby freed and discharged from the trust referred to in that subsection, revested in Her Majesty as of Her former estate, removed from the Transfer of Land Act 1893 and constituted Crown land within the meaning of that expression in the Land Act 1933.
(3) This section has effect notwithstanding any other Act or law.
