RESERVE (NO. 18039) ACT 1996

AN ACT to effect certain changes in respect of a reserve in

the City of Subiaco.

[Assented to 11 November 1996.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1.   This Act may be cited as the Reserve (No. 18039) Act 1996.

Commencement

2. This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Reserve No. 18039 in the City of Subiaco

(1)

Reserve No. 18039, classified as of Class A, comprising

1.145 2 hectares set apart for ‘‘Recreation’’, is amended —

(a)

by changing the purpose of the reserve to ‘‘Use and Requirements of the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority’’; and

(b)

bycancellingtheclassificationofthereserveasof Class A.

(2)

In subsection (1) —

‘‘Subiaco Redevelopment Authority’’ means the body established by that name under section 6 of the Subiaco Redevelopment Act 1994.
