Reserve Bank Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Reserve Bank Act 1959.

Financial statements

1. Regulation 8 of the Reserve Bank Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

“(2) The Board is not required to include in a financial statement to be prepared in accordance with a form referred to in sub-regulation (1) an item included in that form if no amount is applicable to that item.”.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Reserve Bank Regulations is amended by omitting Forms C, D, E and F and substituting the forms set out in Schedule 1.

Schedule 2

3. The Reserve Bank Regulations are amended as set out in Schedule 2.
