STATUTORY RULES

1966 No. 77

REGULATIONS UNDER THE RESERVE BANK ACT 1959-1965.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Reserve Bank Act 1959-1965.

Amendments of the Reserve Bank Regulations

Interpretation.

1. Regulation 3 of the Reserve Bank Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (2.), before the word “Schedule”, the word “First”.

Second Schedule.

2. The Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—

“SECOND SCHEDULE

Regulation 5a.

——

PRESCRIBED PRIMARY PRODUCE.

Almonds.

Cocoa and cocoa beans.

Coffee and coffee beans.

Honey.

Tea.”.
