AN ACT to revest Reserve No. 6895 in the

Crown.

[Assented to 2nd September, 1907.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentflE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled. and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. Reserve No. 6895, known as Kalgoorlie Town Lot 734 and Reserve 6895 revest-

the subject of a grant dated the twenty-ninth day of October, one ea in His Majesty'

thousand nine hundred and one, from the Crown to the Kalgoorlie

and District Traders Gala Show Society, Incorporated, in trust for

the purpose of a Recreation and Show Ground, is hereby revested

in His Majesty, freed and discharged from the said trust.
