AN ACT to enable the purpose of portion of Permanent Reserve numbered 4228 to be changed.

[Assented to 24th December, 1904.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent- of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. The South-Eastern portion of permanent reserve numbered change of purpose

AA of portion of

4228, more particularly described in the Schedule to this Act, being Reserve serve

portion of Swan Location P, and now dedicated to the purpose of	4228.
recreation, is hereby excised from the said reserve and dedicated to the purposes of a municipal yard and electric light and power station.

THE SCHEDULE.

AA

All that piece of land, being portion of Reserve 4228, containing two roods or thereabouts, and bounded by lines starting from the intersection of the Northern side of Shenton Road with the West side of Davies Road, and extending 0' 12' 3 chains, along the said side of Davies Road ; thence 270° 12' 1 chain 464 links ; thence 180' 12' 3 chains 8214 links, and thence 60° 53' 1 chain 68 links along the Northern side of Shenton Road aforesaid to the starting point.
