I, the Governor, acting under section 25 of the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council do hereby—

(a) alter the boundaries of Reserve No. 22616 by excising from that Reserve the area of land

described in the Schedule; and

(b) declare that the area of land described in the Schedule shall cease to be reserved for persons

of Aboriginal descent.

Schedule

153 square metres of land being that portion of Reserve No. 22615 as is shown lying on the south
west side of Location 240 on Department of Land Administration Diagram No. 89239.
