PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Exceilency Major General Philip Michata

I, the Governor, acting under section 25 of the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council do hereby declare that the areas of land described in the Schedule shall cease to be reserved for persons of Aboriginal descent.
