Revocation of Declaration of ‘corresponding State law’

I, BRETT MASON, under section 7 of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002 (the Act) and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the declaration made by Minister Andrews on 3 October 2003 that South Australia’s Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2003 (South Australia) is a corresponding State law for the purposes of the Act.

This revocation has effect from 12 June 2007.
