DECLARATION OF CORRESPONDING STATE LAW

I, Brett Mason, under Section 7 of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002, hereby declare:

Part 2A and section 166 of the Victorian Government Infertility Treatment Act 1995 to be a corresponding State law for the purposes of the Commonwealth Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002.
