DECLARATION OF CORRESPONDING STATE LAW
I, Jan McLucas, under section 7 of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002, hereby declare:
The Tasmanian Human Embryonic Research Regulation Act 2003 to be a corresponding State law for the purposes of the Commonwealth Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002.
