DECLARATION OF CORRESPONDING STATE LAW
I, Jan McLucas, under Section 7 of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002, hereby declare:
The Research Involving Human Embryos and Prohibition of Human Cloning for Reproduction Act 2003 (Queensland) to be a corresponding State law for the purposes of the Commonwealth Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002.
