Declaration of ‘corresponding State law’
I, JAN McLUCAS, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Health and Ageing, hereby declare for the purposes of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002 (Cth) that the Human Cloning and Embryo Research Act 2004 (ACT), as amended by the Human Cloning and Embryo Research Amendment Act 2008 (ACT), is a corresponding State law.
