AN ACT to amend the Reprinting of Acts

Authorisation Act, 1953.

[Assented to 27th September, 1962.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Reprinting alaIrgaTitn.

of Acts Authorisation Act Amendment Act, 1962.

(2) In this Act the Reprinting of Acts Authorisa- tit:53:4°

ton Act, 1953, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Reprinting of Acts Authorisation Act, 1953-1962.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended

amended.

(a)	by adding after the word, "Act" where secondly appearing in line one, the passage, "whether before or after the coming into operation of the Reprinting of Acts Authorisation Act Amendment Act, 1962"; and
(b)	by substituting for the words, "and deemed for all purposes to be an Act of the Parlia- ment of Western Australia" in lines three and four, the passage, "and shall be deemed to be a correct copy of the Act of which it purports to be a reprint, without further proof, unless the contrary is shown".
