REPRINTING OF ACTS AUTHORISATION.

No. 40 of 1953.
AN ACT to authorise the reprinting of Acts.
[Assented to 18th December, 1953.]
BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the Reprinting of
Acts Authorisation Act, 1953.

If the Minister is satisfied that the printer's proof is a true copy of the Act as so printed or reprinted he may authorise the Government Printer to reprint the Act in accordance with the printer's proof and the Government Printer shall reprint the Act accordingly.

5. The provisions of this Act do not derogate from, saving'
or otherwise affect, the provisions of the Acts mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c) of subsection (1) of section three of this Act.
