An Act relating to the Appointment of an Enumeration Day for the purposes of the Representation Act 1905.

[Assented to 16th December, 1930.]

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Representation Act 1930.

Enumeration Day not to be appointed.

2.Notwithstanding anything contained in section three of the Representation Act 1905
