I, MELINDA JANE PAVEY, MP, the Minister for Water, Property and Housing in pursuance of section 45 (5) of the Water Management Act 2000, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

This Order is made under section 45(5) of the Water Management Act 2000 (WM Act). This Order
repeals seven floodplain management plans adopted by the Water Administration Ministerial
Corporation (WAMC) under section 166A of the Water Act 1912 (Water Act) and notified in the

Government Gazette. The floodplain management plans to be repealed are the Blackville Floodplain

Management Plan, the Caroona – Breeza Floodplain Management Plan, the Carroll to Boggabri

Floodplain Management Plan, the Lower Coxs Creek Floodplain Management Plan, the Upper Coxs

Creek Floodplain Management Plan and the Warrah Creek Floodplain Management Plan. Each of

these floodplain management plans were taken to be Minister’s plans under the WM Act, pursuant to

clause 13 of Schedule 9 to the WM Act.

1              Name of Order

This Order is the Repeal of Floodplain Management Plans (Upper Namoi Valley) Order 2019.

2              Commencement

This Order commences the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3            Repeal

This Order repeals the following plans that were adopted by the Water Administration Ministerial

Corporation under section 166A of the Water Act 1912, and taken to be a Minister’s plan made under

the Water Management Act 2000, pursuant to clause 13 of Schedule 9 to the WM Act:

(a)	the Blackville Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 162 of 15 October 2004 at page 7986,
(b)	the Caroona – Breeza Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales

Government Gazette No 164 of 23 December 2005 at page 11252,

(c)	the Carroll to Boggabri Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 189 of 22 December 2006 at page 11769,
(d)	the Lower Coxs Creek Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 87 of 5 July 2013 at page 3324,
(e)	the Upper Coxs Creek Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 35 of 17 March 2006 at page 1422,
(f)	the Upper Yarraman Creek Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 124 of 20 October 2006 at page 8811,
(g)	the Warrah Creek Floodplain Management Plan, notified in the New South Wales Government
