I, Niall Blair MLC, the Minister for Lands and Water, in pursuance of section 45(5) of the
Water Management Act 2000, make the following Order.

Explanatory note Management Plan adopted by the WAMC under section 166A of the Water Act and notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 68 of 26 May 2006 at page 3192. Both of these floodplain management plans were taken to be Minister’s plans under the WM Act, pursuant to clause 13 of Schedule 9 to the WM Act.
This Order is made under section 45(5) of the Water Management Act 2000 (WM Act). This
Order repeals the Moomin Creek Floodplain Management Plan, adopted by the Water
Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC) under section 166A of the Water Act 1912
(Water Act) and notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 129 of 19

1 Name of Order
This Order is the Repeal of Floodplain Management Plans (Moomin Creek and
Lower Gingham Watercourse) Order 2016.2 Commencement
This Order commences on the date on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Repeal
This Order repeals:
(a) the Moomin Creek Floodplain Management Plan, adopted by the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC) under section 166A of the Water Act 1912 (Water Act) and notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 129 of 19 November 2010 at page 5531, that was taken to be a Minister’s plan made under the Water Management Act 2000 (WM Act) pursuant to clause 13 of Schedule 9 to the Water Management Act 2000; and (b) the Lower Gingham Floodplain Management Plan, adopted by the WAMC under section 166A of the Water Act and notified in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 68 of 26 May 2006 at page 3192, that was taken to be a Minister’s plan made under the WM Act pursuant to clause 13 of Schedule 9 to the WM Act.
