Explanatory note

this Order is to repeal the Access Licence Dealing Principles Order (No 1) 2013 – Murray Darling Basin which prohibited certain dealings under Division 4 of Part 2 of Chapter 3 of the Water Management Act 2000 in the Murray Darling Basin in NSW.

1 Name of Order

This Order is the Repeal of Access Licence Dealing Principles (No 1 – Murray Darling

Basin) Order 2014.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Repeal

This Order repeals the Access Licence Dealing Principles Order (No 1) 2013 – Murray
Darling Basin made under section 71Z of the Water Management Act 2000 dated 20

December 2012 and published on the NSW Legislation website on 28 December 2012.
