Repatriation (Special Overseas Service) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Repatriation (Special Overseas Service) Act 1962.

Additional medical treatment for members

1. Regulation 32a of the Repatriation (Special Overseas Service) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “referred to in section 120d of the Repatriation Act”.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 9 February 1982.
