STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE REPATRIATION ACT 1920-1951.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

AMENDMENT OF THE REPATRIATION REGULATIONS.
(
a ) by omitting the words “One pound” and inserting in their stead the words “Three pounds four shillings”;(
b ) by omitting from paragraph (a ) the word “or”; and(
c ) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph:—“; or (
c ) a widow who, in the opinion of the Commission, is permanently unemployable.”.
