STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE REPATRIATION ACT 1920-1966.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of the Repatriation Regulations
(
a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “at such rate and”;(
b )by omitting from that sub-regulation the words “from time to time “and inserting in their stead the words “ at the date of commencement of sub-regulation (3a.) of this regulation”;(
c ) by omitting sub-regulation (2.); and(
d ) by inserting after sub-regulation (3.) the following sub-regulation:—“(3a.) Payment under sub-regulation (1.) of this regulation shall be at the rate of One dollar per week or, if the rate of payment under this regulation as in force immediately before the commencement of this sub-regulation by reason of the award of a decoration exceeded the rate of One dollar per week, at that higher rate.”.
