This instrument is the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (Updating of Incorporated Documents) Instrument
No.24/2000.
Commencement
Upon the approval of this Instrument by the Minister for Veterans' Affairs:
(a) each paragraph in the Schedule to this Instrument, except paragraph 14, commences, or is taken to have commenced, on the date specified immediately after that paragraph;
(b) paragraph 14 in the Schedule to this Instrument, commences.

Any decision or action taken under the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme ("the RPBS"), before the date of approval of this Instrument, that was purportedly based on a document that was a more recent version of the relevant document referred to in the RPBS, shall be deemed to have been based on the version of the document that was current at the time the decision was made or the action taken.
