AN ACT to continue the operation of certain provisions of the Rents and Tenancies Emergency Provisions Act, 1951-1957.

[Assented to 11th December, 1958.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Rents and ElaraTon.

Act, 1958.

(2) In this Act the Rents and Tenancies Reprinted in Vol. 9 of the

Emergency Provisions Act, 1951-1957, is referred to Reprinted	Acts as
as the principal Act.	approved for

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Rents and Tenancies Emergency Provisions Act, 1951-1958.

amended. 2. Section thirty-three of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word "fifty-eight" in line three the word "fifty-nine".
