RENTAL BOND EXEMPTION (AMOUNT OF BOND) ORDER 1992
Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1992 No.14 Rental Bond Act 1989 RENTAL BOND EXEMPTION (AMOUNT OF BOND) ORDER 1992 Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Rental Bond Exemption (Amount of Bond) Order 1992 . Definitions 2. In this order— “Council” means— (a) the Council of the Shire of Broadsound; or (b) the Council of the Shire of Cloncurry. Exemption—maximum amount of rental bond 3. A Council is exempt from section 23A of the Act in relation to a residential tenancy agreement between the Council and an employee of the Council, subject to the condition that the Council must not require the payment of a rental bond of more than $400 under the agreement.
