Renmark Irrigation Trust Capital Recoveries Regulations, 1985

1. These regulations may be cited as the Renmark Irrigation Trust Capital Recoveries

Regulations, 1985.

2. In these regulations unless the contrary intention appears:

"the Act" means the Renmark Irrigation Trust Act, 1936.

3. Pursuant to section 124(a)(4) of the Act, a sum of money to be paid to the Renmark Irrigation Trust under section 124(a)(1) of the Act shall be calculated in the manner prescribed in the Schedule.
