  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 21 September 2006.

  1. Amendment of Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001.

IMO means the Independent Market Operator, established under regulation 4 of the Electricity Industry (Independent Market Operator) Regulations 2004 (WA).
