  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001.

(regulation 3)

[1]          Paragraph 23 (d)

substitute

(d)for 2004 — 1.25%; and

(e)for 2005 — 1.64%.
