Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Act 2009
I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 8 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Act 2009, fix 18 April 2010 as the day on which items 6 and 7 of Schedule 3 to that Act commence.
