Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

Part-time offices held by full-time officers

Regulation 6 of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following subregulation:

“(12) The person who, on the day of commencement of this subregulation, holds on a full-time basis the office of Director of the National Museum Section, position number 1285, in the Cultural Heritage Branch in the Department of the Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Territories and holds on a part-time basis the office of member of the Milk Authority of the Australian Capital Territory is, while holding the second-mentioned office, entitled to be paid in respect of that office the remuneration determined from time to time by the Remuneration Tribunal to be the remuneration to be paid to a person holding that office on a part-time basis.”.
