Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Commencement

1. Subregulation 4 (2) commences on the date of commencement of section 9 of the ANL(Conversion into Public Company)Act 1988.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

Citation

3. Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Tribunals” and substituting “Tribunal”.

Schedule 1

4. (1) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following items:

“1. Chief Executive of Australian Airlines Limited

1a. Chief Executive of the Australian Industry Development Corporation”;

(b) by inserting after item 2a the following items:

“2b. Managing Director of the Australian Telecommunications Corporation

2c. Managing Director of OTC Limited”.

(2) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from item 2 “the Australian Shipping Commission” and substituting “ANL Limited”.

Statutory Rules 1988 No. 387

5. Regulation 6 of Statutory Rules 1988 No. 387 is amended by omitting subregulation (4).
