REGULATION UNDER THE REMUNERATION TRIBUNALS ACT 1973.*

Amendment of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations
Regulation 5 of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:—
“5. Each of the following offices is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act:—
(a) the office of Inspector for the purposes of the
Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904;(b) the office of member of the Australian Statistics Advisory Council established under the
Australian Bureau of Statistics Act 1975, being the office of a member referred to in paragraph 19 (1) (c) of that Act”.
