Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

Schedule—part-time offices

1. The Schedule to the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is amended by omitting item 2 and substituting the following items:

“2. Member of the Australian Film Commission constituted by the Australian Film Commission Act 1975.

“2a. Member of the Canberra Commercial Development Authority constituted by the Canberra Commercial Development Authority Ordinance 1974 of the Australian Capital Territory.”.

Application

2. The amendment made by regulation 1 has effect—

(a) in relation to the office of member of the Australian Film Commission constituted by the Australian Film Commission Act 1975, as if this regulation had come into operation on 20 January 1984; and

(b) in relation to the office of member of the Canberra Commercial Development Authority constituted by the Canberra Commercial Development Authority Ordinance 1974 of the Australian Capital Territory, as if this regulation had come into operation on 3 June 1983.
