Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 5 (Prescribed offices and appointments for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act)

2.1   Add at the end:

• “; (i)

  the appointment, by Letters Patent, of a person as a Commissioner to inquire into matters relating to the leasing, by the Commonwealth, of accommodation for the Australian National Audit Office in Centenary House at Barton in the Australian Capital Territory.”.
