Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Commencement

1. Regulation 4 shall be taken to have commenced on 15 May 1989.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

Part-time offices held by full-time officers

3. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (2) and (3).

Schedule 2

4. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following item:

“9. Staff-elected Director of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation referred to in paragraph 12 (1) (b) of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983.”.
