Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Prescribed offices and appointments for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act

Regulation 5 of the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:

“(f) in respect of the period commencing on 1 July 1989 and ending at the expiration of 31 July 1989—the appointment with effect on and from 1 July 1989 of Patrick Lionel Dodson as a Commissioner to inquire into certain matters associated with certain deaths in the State of Western Australia of Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders, being the appointment made by letters patent issued by the Governor-General on 28 June 1989.”.
