Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Dated 29 November 1989.

“7. For the purposes of subsection 7 (12) of the Act, a person who:
(a) holds office as a Judge of the Family Court of Australia within the meaning of Part IV of the
Family Law Act 1975 ; and(b) also holds office as a Judge of the Family Court of the State of Western Australia;
is entitled to be paid remuneration determined under the Act in respect of the office of Judge of the Family Court of Australia.”.
