Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Commencement

1. (1) Paragraph 2 (a) commences at the same time as section 18 of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1990.

(2) Paragraph 2 (b) commences at the same time as section 12 of the Federal Airports Corporation Amendment Act 1990.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting after item 6 the following item:

“6a Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Aviation Authority”;

(b) by inserting after item 9 the following item:

“9A Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Airports Corporation”.
