Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 October 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2 (Part-time offices)

3.1   Add at the end:

 “5. Trustee of the Military Superannuation and Benefits Board of Trustees No. 1 referred to in paragraph 4 (1) (b) of the Trust Deed set out in the Schedule to the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991 who is a member of the Defence Force but is not an officer.”.
