Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Principal Executive Offices)

3.1   Before item 1, insert:

“1A Australia Post Managing Director”.

3.2   After item 3, insert:

“3A Australian Rail Track Corporation Chief Executive Officer”.  

3.3   Omit all the items after item 10, substitute:

“11	Medibank Private Limited	Managing Director
12	Public Employment Placement Enterprise Limited	Managing Director
13	Reserve Bank	Governor
14	Reserve Bank	Deputy Governor
15	Sydney Airports Corporation Ltd	Chief Executive Officer”.
