  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which section 25 of the Inspector of Transport Security Act 2006 commences.

  1. Amendment of Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976

Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976.

(i)in respect of the period starting on the commencement of this paragraph and ending at the end of 31 December 2007 — the office of Inspector of Transport Security mentioned in section 25 of the Inspector of Transport Security Act 2006.
