Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976
Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976.
Schedule 1 Amendment
(regulation 3)
[1] Paragraphs 5 (h) to (j)
substitute
(h)the appointment, by Letters Patent, of a person as a Commissioner to inquire into and report on matters specified in the Letters Patent.
