1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Omit “$577”, substitute “$583”.

2  Paragraph 5.5(a)

Omit “$184”, substitute “$188”.

3  At the end of Part 7

Add:

Application of amendments made by the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2019

7.2The amendments made by the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2019 take effect on 25 August 2019.

4  Schedule B

Repeal the Schedule, substitute:
