1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 1) 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Part 7

Repeal the Part.

2  At the end of Part 8

Add:

Canberra daily allowance

8.2The repeal of Part 7 by the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 1) 2019 takes effect on the day the Parliamentary Business Resources Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2019 commence.
