Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Regulation 3 is taken to have commenced on 15 November 1990.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Fees of Members)

3.1   Subregulation (1):

Omit “$17,387”, substitute “$19,371”.

4.   Regulation 5 (Allowances)

4.1   Add at the end “at the level of Departmental Secretary.”.
