Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 15 August 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Fees of Members)

3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “ of the Remuneration Tribunal”.

3.2   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “$19,371”, substitute “$19,855”.
