1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 25 November 2009.

Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005.

1. Fees

For section 12 of the Act, the following fees are prescribed:

(a)for the President — $77 531 per year;

(b)for other members — $37 503 per year.
