  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 25 November 2006.

  1. Amendment of Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005

Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005.

  1. Fees

For section 12 of the Act, the following fees are prescribed:

(a)for the President — $69 260 per year;

(b)for other members — $33 500 per year.
